The healthcare industry in India is expanding quickly industry is anticipated to reach the US$ 372 billion revenue mark (IBEF) by 2022, growing at a cumulative average rate of 16%. Up until 2022, the industry will generate 7.4 million new jobs (KPMG India). a large portion of these revenues and Hospitals, which make up 70% of the healthcare industry, will produce jobs. The demand for professionally trained hospital managers is increasing along with this industry’s explosive growth. A well-run hospital produces superior-quality medical results and happy patients. Hospital administrators who have received professional training are currently in extremely short supply in India. Only a small number of academic institutions concentrate on developing qualified hospital administrators for our situations.
The inability to have a qualified hospital administrator prevents medical staff from concentrating completely on providing medical care. The hospital can experience inefficiency and worse outcomes as a result of this.
