The Govt. of Uttarakhand created the Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun on January 27, 2005 .  The campus of the Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University is located on NH-72 Suddhowala in Dehradun. Dehradun is the state capital of Uttarakhand and is well-connected by rail, road, and air.

CAMPUS

The University is located on 8.372 hectares and is the state’s only affiliating University for technical colleges. The University has 81 affiliated private institutions and 12 government institutions. The university has eight undergraduate, six graduate, and eight doctoral programs, with over twenty thousand students enrolled in various courses.

FACULTY

The department offers a regular two-year M.Tech. program in VLSI design. Our students learn here to hone their abilities and potential for increasing productivity and efficiency in practically every element of human life. It has a cutting-edge VLSI Design Lab outfitted with all latest Electronic Design Automation tools such as Xilinx ISE, Cadence Back End Tool, MultiSim, and so on. Students are encouraged to conduct research in Digital Signal Processing, Network Protocols, Device Modeling, and Power Efficient Circuit Design.

Auditorium

On its campus, the University boasts a well-equipped Auditorium with a Video Wall and a comprehensive audio-video setup for a seating capacity of 240.

Conference HallFor online meetings, the university provides two meeting rooms: the Pandit Narain Dutt Tiwari Conference Hall

, which seats 50 people, and the Board Room, which seats 15 people.

PLACEMENT

The college gave everyone the opportunity to intern. One employer shortlisted a student, prohibiting them from going for another interview, which gave other candidates an opportunity. The placement cell worked extremely hard and placed roughly 80% of my branch mates. Prestigious firms visited the college even then, and I chose an off-campus job at Oyo. My classmates have employed at Microsoft, Amazon, and PhonePe.
