Smt Kashibai Navale College Of Engineering

The private, nonprofit Smt Kashibai Navale College of Engineering (SKNCOE) was founded in 2001. The college provides four-year undergraduate engineering programs in mechanical engineering, information technology, electronics & telecommunications engineering, and computer engineering. The Department of Computer Engineering offers graduate-level programs. An MBA-granting post-graduate program is also provided by the institute. It enrolls 4587 undergraduate and 138 graduate students overall, respectively. 55 students are enrolled in the Ph.D. program at this research center.

The Library of Smt Kashibai Navale College Of Engineering is professionally staffed and equipped. The STES Central Library building’s Ground Floor is where the SKNCOE Library is located. Hon. M. N. Navale, the Honorable Founder and President of STE’S, created the design for the Central Library facility, which opened in September 2012. Under the Central Library, there are 9 sectional libraries arranged to the libraries of the various institutions. The campus’s library facilities now have access to a dedicated 6870 square meter, six-story structure with spacious reading halls, a digital library, literature, and other amenities. Access to more than 20000+ Open Access Journals, including those published by Springer, Wiley, IEEE, JOSTR, ScienceDirect, and Oxford University Press Collection, as well as 3000+ NPTEL Lectures, is provided by the Knimbus Digital Library and Remote Access. 3 lakh+ educational videos and one lakh+ open access books.

The Central Placement Cell, led by Prof. J. N. Pitambare, coordinates placement operations for all engineering colleges affiliated with Sinhgad Technical Education Society. A team from each college collaborates with the main Placement Cell. The training and placement officer, faculty coordinators, and student coordinators make up the college team.
