Datta Meghe College

Datta Meghe College Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India’s Datta Meghe College of Engineering (DMCE) is a private engineering school administered by Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sanstha.

In 1988, Nagar Yuwak Shikshan Sanstha Airoli Sanstha founded the college. ‘NYSS College of Engineering’ was the name of the institution before to 1995. Two undergraduate courses—Civil Engineering and Electronics Engineering—were initially offered by the college. Courses in mechanical engineering and computer engineering were first launched in 1992 and 1993, respectively. Later, in 1999 and 2001, respectively, courses in chemical engineering and information technology began.

The college also provides postgraduate Master’s degree programmes as of 2010.
Engineering courses are available at the undergraduate and graduate levels through DMCE.
Since its founding in 1988, the Datta Meghe College of Engineering (DMCE) has achieved countless achievements. Our institution has both NAAC accreditation and AICTE, New Delhi, approval. Being one among the institutions housed inside the Mumbai University.

Being one of the most reputable institutions, the Mumbai University-affiliated institution is also acknowledged by the Maharashtra DTE and government. There are 837 students enrolled in our institute overall, at all academic levels from undergrad to doctoral. Our highly skilled faculty nourishes more than 3000 students each year in a range of areas, including civil, civil and infrastructure, mechanical, computer, IT, chemical, electronics and telecommunication, and AIDS engineering.The core of the institute, our faculty, includes national organisations like the Bureau of Indian Standards, the Indian Society of Technical Education, IIIE, and others.

They participate in the Board of Studies at the collegiate level as members of various departments. We have outlined a long-term strategy to expand and enhance the engagement with the business sector and have created positive relationships with the industry in an endeavour to put students in famous organisations.
