Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University

A Parliamentary Act (No. 58 of 1994) founded Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University. The University equips graduate and postgraduate students with the ideals and compassion needed to serve society. Also provides the knowledge and abilities needed to excel as individuals and professionals. The University prides itself on being a socially conscious learning environment that values academic rigor and high-caliber scholarship. Both are supported by the social justice and equitable principles for which Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar fought throughout his life. To enrich and strengthen its educational programs university uses the intellectual, cultural, and economic resources of Uttar Pradesh and various other states.

University prepares students for leadership in a complicated world especially from roral mainland Uttar Pradesh and all of India in general, many of whom come from marginalized groups.

Also, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University provides the education required through various inclusive, society-focused programs for changing our nation. These fields are humanities and sciences, engineering, agriculture, biotechnology, business, law, education, as well as environmental sciences. This is done through various highly regarded degree programs that give students the freedom to explore their intellectual and personal growth. Our university’s faculty members are held to the greatest standards of public trust and take their duties seriously. Moreover they also democratically share leadership.
