The name Indian Institute of Management Jammu is today synonymous with creativity, talent, and a passion for management success. In 2016, the Indian government opened IIM Jammu in Jammu & Kashmir. On January 24, 2020, IIM Jammu opened its Off-Campus in Srinagar. IIM Jammu has always had high expectations for great, value-based education, research of the highest calibre, executive education, consulting, and strong corporate and international ties. IIM Jammu promotes current research that focuses on regional, national, and international challenges.

The IIM Jammu academic community uses the library as a learning resource centre. The library’s goal is to enable suitable, user-friendly access to current, pertinent information.

A wide variety of written and electronic resources, such as books, journals, e-databases, e-journals, reports, case studies, etc., are available in the library. ACE Knowledge Portal, Business Source Complete-EBSCO, Business Standard Digital Access, CRISIL Research, Ebook Central-ProQuest, Emerald Insight, EPW Digital Archives, EPWRF-India Time Series, ETPrime, Euromonitor Passport, INFORMS PubSuite, Magzter-Newsstand, Science Direct eJournals, and Statista are some of the electronic resources the library subscribes to. IIMJ Library is a completely computerised library that conducts all of its administrative tasks using the Open Source Software KOHA-LMS. Through its membership to e-databases and e-journals, the Library provides easy campus-wide access to digital resources. Additionally, it makes it easy for users to check the real-time availability of library materials from their own computer terminals.
