All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)

The Saket Nagar neighborhood of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, is home to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Bhopal), a public university and Institute of National Importance that conducts medical research.  It is one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) built under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

ACADEMICS

Along with paramedical and nursing programs, AIIMS Bhopal offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs including MBBS, BSc (Hons) Nursing, MD/ MS, MCh, Post-doctoral Certificate Courses in Critical Care (PDCC), and PhD in several areas. In addition to this, it provides MBBS students with a concentration in “Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives Disaster Management”.

FACULTY

The faculties at AIIMS Bhopal are respectable, knowledgeable, and top-notch in the clinical domains, and they greatly aid in obtaining practical clinical experience that is really beneficial afterward. The difficulty of the exams is ordinary, but learning must be the goal of an MBBS program.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Well-maintained, properly ventilated, and conducive to learning are the library and classroom. Football field, tennis court, basketball court, and clean drinking water are all present in the mess. Hospital has a canteen, and there are several spots on campus where you can get a quick snack or a cup of coffee.

FACILITY

The dorms of the AIIMS Bhopal campus are large enough to house several students. The hostels provide newly renovated, roomy rooms with cots, mattresses, TVs, lounges, and other essential conveniences. In addition to offering students decent lodging, hostels also offer recreational amenities. The pupils can compete in tournaments for both indoor and outdoor sports if they are interested. There is a security system available on the AIIMS Bhopal campus.

PLACEMENT

The institute had a 64% hiring rate for PG (3-year) students during placements AIIMS Bhopal placement 2022. During placements in 2022, the median compensation was INR 1 LPA for both MBBS and PG (3-year) students. Additionally, the university has not posted any information about the AIIMS Bhopal PG stipend on its official website.
