Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT)

The Governments of India and Rajasthan jointly established the Institute in 1963 as Malaviya Regionall Engineering College Jaipur. The college was subsequently given the designation of National Institute of Technology on June 26, 2002. Through a Parliamentary Act, it was designated as the Institute of National Importance on August 15, 2007. The Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya), Government of India, provides all funding for the Institute.

ACADEMICS

In the areas of Management and Business Administration, Engineering and Architecture, Computer Application and IT, Animation and Design, Sciences and Arts, and Humanities and Social Sciences, MNIT Jaipur offers 50 courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. MNIT Jaipur’s undergraduate program uses JEE Main scores to determine admission, while scores from the GATE, XAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, and GMAT.

HOSTEL

Due to their strategic placement, the instructional buildings are easily accessible by foot from both the staff housing and the hostels. Facilities at MNIT Jaipur include separate dormitories for women. The pupils have access to all the amenities they need. facilities for recreation like sports, cafeterias, common areas, TV rooms, etc.

LIBRARY

A large, well-equipped library that operates on an open access system is available at MNIT Jaipur. About 1,33,600 volumes of books, periodicals, reports, and reference material make up its extensive library. Students also receive some books from the book bank in addition to the ones from the main library. The Book Bank gives some more books to students from the weaker sections (SC/ST). Users can utilize the xeroxing facility for a very low cost.

PLACEMENT

Technology Malaviya National Institute A Training & Placement Cell in Jaipur collaborates with prestigious companies to create internship and training programs for students. The MNIT Jaipur placement cell organizes the university’s recruitment event. The cell engages with numerous businesses and sectors around the nation, and roughly 200 businesses visit the campus.
