Banasthali Vidyapith

Hiralal Shastri and Ratan Shastri, two educationists and liberation warriors, created Banasthali Vidyapith on October 6, 1935. In 1983, the organization was designated as a “Deemed University.” The institution, Banasthali Vidyapith, is situated in the Tonk district of Rajasthan state in India and was reaccredited by NAAC in 2011 at the highest level available, “Grade A.”

CAMPUS

The 850-acre campus is 80 kilometers from Jaipur, the state’s capital, in the Tonk district of Rajasthan, India.[2] The school division, university division, and residential blocks make up the three main sections of the campus. Each of the 29 hostels in the residential blocks has room for up to 438 students.

ACADEMICS

Banasthali Vidyapith offers education from basic to senior secondary. Students at the senior secondary level have the option of choosing a Science, Commerce, or Humanities track. The institution provides 32 doctoral programs and 61 master’s degrees in the fields of education, business, law, social sciences, and management.

HOSTEL

Banasthali University offers residential education. There are 29 hostels, with rooms for 110 to 438 students each. All hostels now have access to the network and the Internet, giving students limitless chances to harness the power of the Internet. There are more than 400 completely furnished staff quarters of various types available.

LIBRARY

The institute has constructed a Central Library on campus to guarantee that the students have complete access to their literature. The Central Library has connected to the internet to enable students to effectively study. BSNL and VSNL make an 8 Mbps Internet connection possible inside the campus through leased lines.

PLACEMENT

The Bansathali Vidyapith’s Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) organizes a successful placement drive by inviting numerous organizations and businesses. The placement cell improves the pupils’ whole personalities and their technical skills.In order to help students succeed in the hiring process, this Cell also offers them summer internships.
