Ahmedabad University

Ahmedabad University is a private co-educational institution that was founded in 2009 by the Ahmedabad Education Society. Ahmedabad Institution is a UGC-accredited private co-educational institution.An integrated liberal education with a concentration on research thinking is available to students at Ahmedabad University, a private, non-profit research university. The Independent Study Programmes (ISP) are learning opportunities offered to students outside of the usual academic semester times. Block courses, immersive courses inspired by studios, courses on perspective and skill development, cutting-edge learning experiments, and more are available.

The institute spans a 250-acre property. The institution provides a total of 25 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate courses. Ahmedabad University has 200 faculty members in total.Stanford, Olin College of Engineering, Valladolid, Bradford, UC San Diego, and others have collaborated with the university. Students at Ahmedabad University have access to a variety of academic and infrastructural resources. Scholarships and job placement opportunities are also available to all students at the university. According to the institute’s official website, the institute’s aim is to create a continually evolving learning environment.

Ahmedabad University’s campus is located in Navrangpura, a neighbourhood of Ahmedabad. The area is also known as the city’s “University area.”

The university has set aside about 60 acres for academic structures and student facilities in Phase I of the development. The master planners for are HCP Design and Project Management Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad . The Vice Chancellor’s office is located in the same building where VKRV Rao, a well-known Indian economist, politician, and educator, had served as principal of H L Commerce College, one of the colleges run by the Ahmedabad Education Society (AES).
